AgentNTouch™ runs on Apple's iPhone, iPod touch and iPad (iOS3.0 and later), Android and Droid™ (OS 1.6 and later) or BlackBerry® (OS 4.1 or later).

Do I need programming skills to use AgentNTouch™? No special knowledge is required and you don't have to be a programmer to brand AgentNTouch™. Most of the information you need, you already know (like your name, your e-mail, your phone number...I told you we make it easy for you).

What phones will AgentNTouch™ run on? Currently AgentNTouch™ is supported on Apple's iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch, iOS3.2 and later. If you have an iPhone or iPod Touch running iOS3.1.3 or earlier, Location Services must be turned off. AgentNTouch™ will be available on the Android and BlackBerry within the next few weeks.

How much does AgentNTouch™ cost? AgentNTouch™ is an annual subscription service. There is a $200 setup fee and $99 per year for the service. The first year is $299 and every subsequent year is $99.

Can I make changes to AgentNTouch™? Yes, the AgentNTouch™ online control panel allows you to make real-time, instant changes to your information - even after it's in use. Your clients will see changes the next time AgentNTouch™ is launched on their device.

How do I sign up for AgentNTouch™? Sign up for AgentNTouch™ here. It takes only a few minutes.

After I sign up, how long until I can send my clients to the app store to get it? After signing up, you need to confirm your email address, then input your contact information. You should also upload a photo of yourself or your company's logo. AgentNTouch™ is available at the app store as soon as your contact info has been entered.
